Vaporwave cross stitch? And a Trans Day of Visibility pattern!

Hello, there!

Did you go to Nashville? How was it? I saw pictures of the hotel and of some of the exhibit rooms, and it looks like it was so much fun! It felt like attendees were part of something special, able to see the upcoming stitching trends before the rest of us. I can’t wait to see people starting to stitch this round of awesome releases.

I bet you’re sorting all your loot, portioning them for all your customers to get all this new stuff into their hands. This would be my favorite part, the logistics.

And here I am, making things complicated by sharing two new patterns that I’ve listed at the wholesaler, ICG Crafts.

First up, we’ve got Vaporwave Memento Mori! Vaporwave is a color palette, reminiscent of the 80s, with neons and eye-catching color. I tend to design in colors that I like stitching with, and I love hot pink. Who doesn’t??

My next release is called Froggy Magic, which features small motifs that I’m lovingly calling ‘Candypop.’ This design has TWO colorways! The model stitched has yellow in the cloak and hat, and the 2nd colorway brings the candypop gradient into the cloak. Like this:

Lastly, Transgender Day of Visibility is on March 31st! This is an important day to celebrate the lives and contributions of transfolk. Each year, I design a pattern with 100% of the proceeds going to Trans Lifeline. This cross stitch pattern, Rise Up, was my first pattern 3 years ago for this campaign, and it’s available in print form. This pattern would be perfect if you’d like to raise funds for a Trans Organization in your area. I’ve lowered the wholesale price of this pattern for the month of March if you’d like to celebrate Transfolk with me! 🏳️‍⚧️
